Parking

Free parking is available on site.
Please do not block the road or access to neighboring properties.
For EV charging, please contact us for instructions. Charging price: 6 NOK/kWh.

Door Code

You will receive a door code before arrival.

Enter the code and press the button in the lower left corner (open padlock).
To lock the door, use the thumb turn or press the button in the lower right corner of the keypad.

WaterStop

Water leak sensors are installed in the kitchen and bathroom. The system automatically shuts off the water supply if a leak is detected. If the water supply stops:

Turn off the water source (often triggered by spilled water near a sensor).
Dry the sensor and the floor around it thoroughly.
Locate the WaterStop control panel on the wall and press the button.
Correct status: Blue light and the setting "Open".

Stove Guard

A stove guard is installed above the cooktop (the white box). It automatically cuts the power if overheating is detected. If the stove or cooktop is not working:

Allow the cooktop to cool down, then press the button on the stove guard.

TV and Streaming

We provide a selection of standard TV channels on a Samsung Smart TV. Turn on both the TV and the Altibox decoder using their respective remote controls. Adjust the volume on both.

Select the Altibox app for live TV, or sign in to your preferred streaming service, such as Netflix. Casting: Connect to the Wi-Fi network and cast to the TV. The apartment name will appear as an available device.

Practical Information

User manuals for the appliances are located in the coffee table drawer.
Waste bins are located in the parking area.
The nearest grocery store is Coop Extra at Fristadsenteret, open until 22:00 on weekdays.

Before Check-out

Please start the dishwasher and take out the rubbish.
Please close all windows and lock the balcony door when leaving the apartment.
Check-out is by 11:00.
